One myth I'd love to erase is the notion that deserts are dead places. We're so lucky here to have such an amazing diversity and abundance of life in the outback. You just need to know where and when to look.

I'm really getting into geckos. One downside is looking at my fields guide saying "I want to shoot that" where 90% of the animals are in remote habitat. More trips required.
