Went walking with a group from church from Liffey Falls up towards the highlands. I didn't make it far with the group as I'd been hoping the snap photos of pink robin and quickly became distracted. Coming back to reality, I tried to catch the group. The track followed a ridge, and every so often I dropped into the valley looking for a shot of the river. There has been flooding in Tassie, and the rivers are full of logs and other debris. When I found this amazing spot, I knew I'd found what I was looking for. The hillside was unstable and precarious making setting up a tripod difficult. There I sat, waiting for clouds to create nice diffuse light. That moment reminded me how disconnected we are to the natural world.
