Sula leucogaster (Brown Booby) IUCN Status: Least Concern There are four subspecies in this group. In Australia we see the Sula leucogaster plotus which is dominant in the Red Sea, Indian Ocean and Central Pacific Ocean. They are amazing fishers, slying in swooping curves, and then turning on a dime and plunging into the water, wings tucked in and neck extended.
Not going to lie... there are jokes in our house about me going out to photography this species.
